TURBO CLEANER
DESCRIPTION :
UPS F. 823 is a non-petroleum, non-terpene semi-aqueous cleaner recommended for removing solidified oil, grease, tar and asphalt. Used as a coarse spray or in a hot or cold dip tank. Apply as a concentrate for a rapid removal of heavy soils, or diluted with up 30 parts water for light soil removal. Continuous agitation required for diluted solutions. Can be heated up to 140 º F in ventilated areas. UPS F. 823 is recommended as a replacement for chlorinated solvent and other toxic chemicals in asphalt extraction process.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS AND USAGE
APPLICATION :
Recommended for removing oils, greases, tars, asphalts, resilient tile mastic, solid animal and vegetables fats and oils from most surfaces. Test before using on rubber, plastic, vinyl tiles or similar surfaces.
ASPHALT PAVING INDUSTRY :
Use undiluted as an extraction solvent to determine bitumen content of paving mixtures, by either centrifuge or vacuum methods.
METHODS OF USE :
Use undiluted or dilute with up to 25 – 30 parts of water. Can be used via coarse spray, wipe or cold dip tank. Safe on all metals. Use with solvents resistant equipment.
Mix only with water.
